Angle Gauge Set – Print-in-Place Organizer

This print-in-place box follows the same compact hinged design as the Nextruder Nozzle Box, the Filament Sample Box, and the Diameter Gauge Set — but instead of diameter gauges, it holds a complete collection of angle-measuring tools.

The set includes three types of gauges, useful for CAD modeling, inspection, prototyping, or reverse-engineering existing parts:

1) Angle Gauges — 5° to 180° (acute & obtuse)

A full set of angle plates covering the entire 5°–180° range.

Perfect for checking acute angles, obtuse angles, verifying printed parts, or referencing real-world geometry when modeling in CAD.

Each angle gauge is printed individually and slides neatly into its slot. Gauges can be fully removed for measurement or simply rotated upward for quick comparison.

2) Slope Gauges — from −18° to +18° relative to a right angle

A specialized set designed to measure small positive and negative slopes relative to 90°, ranging from:

• +1° to +18°

• −1° to −18°

This style of gauge is especially useful when checking draft angles on injection-molded parts, where small slopes are critical for part release and dimensional accuracy.

Box design

The box prints in one piece with functional print-in-place hinges, a snap closure, and no supports required.

All gauges fit into angled slots that make them easy to grab, inspect, or compare against an object’s geometry.

Just like the other boxes in this series, it’s compact, durable, and fits perfectly on your desk or in a tool drawer.

Printing Tips

• Material: PLA or PETG

• Supports: None

• Orientation: As provided (do not rotate)

• Nozzle: 0.4 mm recommended

• Layer height: 0.15 mm
