Description

Widens the machine's footprint to accommodate wider material sheets (like standard foam boards) underneath the chassis without touching the material. Retains the original adjustable feet.

This is a structural "Outrigger" mod designed specifically for the Creality Falcon 2 to solve the limited pass-through width problem.

Many materials, such as standard Foam, Foamcore, or EVA sheets, are sold in formats that are wider than the Falcon 2 chassis frame. Since it is not viable to rest the machine directly on top of these soft materials (they would deform, mark, or melt), you need to move the legs outside the material area.

Key Features:

  • Increased Effective Working Width: By shifting the mounting points outward laterally, you gain valuable clearance between the supports, allowing wide sheets to pass freely underneath the chassis.
  • Material Protection: Avoids balancing the frame on delicate surfaces. The laser rests firmly on the table, leaving your material pristine in the center.
  • Industrial Stability: Designed with a truss structure to ensure that shifting the center of gravity does not compromise rigidity. The machine remains stable even during high-speed directional changes.
  • Hybrid System: Designed to reuse the original Creality metal/rubber feet. Simply unscrew them from the machine and thread them into the bottom of these printed parts to maintain the original grip and leveling capabilities.

  • 4 uds -  Printed parts (this model).
  • 4 uds -  Nut DIN 934 M6
  • 8 uds -  Screws DIN 912 M6x12 Screws to attach the print to the chassis.

Original Feet: Reuse the 4 original feet from your Falcon 2.
