JDM - USA tag mount adapter

Adapter to mount USA license tags on Japanese JDM imported vehicles. The holes are offset vertically so that the bottom of the USA tag fits into the clips that exist on the vehicle to hold the bottom. The holes for the vehicle are M6, and the holes for the USA tag are M5, because those are the shortest screws I had on hand. The thickness of the bracket can handle 8mm long screws without going through and hitting the vehicle. I added the .step file so that it's easy to modify for whatever screws you want to use.
