PG16 Blind Stuffing + Nut and TPU-Sealing / PG16 Blindstopfen + Mutter und TPU-Dichtung

PG16 threaded blind stuffing to close unused PG16-openings in housings.

  PG thread

[2] Diameters for PG16 opening:
  a) threaded hole:                    21.2mm / PG thread
  b) drill hole without thread:  22.5mm

[3] Sealing:
  An optional TPU-sealing model file is available.

Serial printing (part by part) for better thread quality.

Assembly
Place blind stuffing in PG16 opening and secure with PG16 nut.
Optionally place sealing on stuffing before assembly.
Use a 1€ coin for turning of the blind stuffing.

Hint: 
Apply some silicone grease on the thread, so it can be easily be assembled and disassembled.
(Without grease, the thread tends to wind on and off somewhat “sticky”.)
