Description

Due to the two ball bearings, the filament guide follows the movements of the filament during printing.

The following additional parts are required for assembly:
1x ball bearing 606
1x ball bearing 608
1x M3x20 screw
1x M3x18 screw
2x M3 Nyloc nut

I printed the parts with PETG in 0.2mm.

Assembly:
Press the "inner ring filament guide bearing" into the 608 ball bearing so that a small rim protrudes from the bearing on the left and right. 
Drill out the hole for the 606 ball bearing. Insert the 606 ball bearing into the "base". Then insert the screw in the "filament guide" and "inner ring base bearing" from below into the 606 ball bearing. Both parts are then screwed together. To do this, hold the "inner ring base bearing" with pliers. Finally, insert the 608 ball bearing into the "filament guide" and fasten it with a screw. Place the washer in front of the nut.

 

Durch die beiden Lager passt sich die Führung den Bewegungen des Filaments an.

Für den Zusammenbau werden folgende weitere Teile benötigt:
1x Kugellager 606
1x Kugellager 608
1x M3x20 Schraube
1x M3x15 Schraube
2x M3 Nyloc Mutter
1x 2 washers 3,2x7mm

Ich habe die Teile mit PETG in 0.2mm gedruckt.

Zusammenbau:
"inner ring filament guide bearing" in das Kugellager 608 so einpressen, dass links und rechts ein kleiner Rand am Lager übersteht. 
Die Öffnung für das 606 Kugellager aufbohren. Das 606 Kugellager in die "base" einsetzen. Anschließend Schraube in "filament guide" und "inner ring base bearing" von unten in das 606 Kugellager einsetzen. Beide Teile werden dann miteinander verschraubt. Dazu "inner ring base bearing" mit einer Zange festhalten. Zum Schluss das 608 Kugellager in "filament guide" einsetzen und mit einer schraube befestigen. Hier die Unterlegscheibe vor die Mutter setzen.
