BOPLA BS-Series Enclosure - Milling Holder

Securely hold your Bopla BS400, BS500, or BS600 enclosures during CNC milling, engraving, or router machining with this precision-designed holder.

This clamp ensures that your Bopla project boxes remain stable and centered, preventing vibrations, shifting, or scratches while milling openings for connectors, displays, ventilation, or custom cutouts.

The holder uses a sliding clamp plate—3D printed or laser-cut from acrylic—that moves smoothly between six M6 bolts, providing even pressure and repeatable positioning. This design makes it fast and easy to insert and remove enclosures while keeping them secure during machining.

Recommended Print Settings

  • Material: PETG or ABS/ASA for strength and heat resistance
  • Infill: 40–60% for mechanical durability
  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Perimeters: 4+

Assembly

  • Print the base.
  • Print the sliding clamp (or cut it from acrylic).
  • Install six M6 bolts into the base, leaving their heads slightly higher than the thickness of the sliding plate. These bolts act as guide rails.
  • Insert half of the Bopla enclosure into the base.
  • Slide the clamp into position between the M6 bolts until it presses firmly against the enclosure.
  • Tighten if needed and proceed with milling.
