This candle holder is all about the atmosphere. The design consists of tall, vertical ribs that encircle the flame, creating a cozy "cage" effect.
Why print this?
Light Play: When the room is dark, the vertical bars cast long, dramatic shadows and streaks of light on the surrounding surface.
Thermal Protection: The ribs protect the flame from drafts while allowing heat to escape upwards.
Aesthetic: Looks great even when not lit, serving as a modern sculptural piece.
Printing Tips:
No Supports: The design is optimized for FDM printing without supports.
Seam Position: Set Z-seam to "aligned" or "rear" to hide it on one of the back ribs.
Wall Count: 2-3 walls recommended for strength.
