Christmas tree napkin holder, no MMU or AMS required

I saw the thanksgiving napkin holders and wanted to make something for Christmas. However, none of the tree napkin holders were quite right. Thus, I created this one. Easy to print and festive. 

I have added a second model with ornaments and a star on top that can be printed in multiple colors for people with single color units. Simply add a pause/color switch at 10.2mm (51 if using 0.2mm layers), 10.6mm (53) and 11.0 mm. Use whichever colors you like. 

I printed it with PETG so the model in the picture is a little stringy (I liked my green PETG color better than my green PLA so the prints are in PETG). However, I am certain it will print well in PLA also.
