Description
I wanted a way of adding mosquito nets to my windows without having to drill holed in the window frames so I decided to secure the frame holding the net using some clips. These nets are fixed but that doesn't bother me as I have multiple other windows I can open if I need access to the outside.
The clips are secured to the frame of the net using m4 double threaded self tapping screws (sample image attached) and m4 cap nuts. I used 4 or 6 clips per net (depending on the window size). For each clip you will need a self tapping screw and a cap nut.
Print settings:
0.6 nozzle
0.4 layer height
3 wall loops
3 top/bottom layers
infill 20% gyroid (doesn't really matter though)
no supports
I printed it in PETG, if it fails at some point I might change to ASA
