Description
This is a collection of case feet in different styles and variations. You've got round, square and hexagonal feet which come as standard, short, filleted, tapered and any combination of these! There are also 'pucks', which are chamfered from both sides and then filleted to give you that round, ballon look, while preserving 45 degree overhangs to ensure printability.
I also included an .f3z file. This will let you open the project file in Fusion and modify specific designs if you so desire. This is a great starting point if you want to create something truly yours. Just don't hesitate to share it with the community!
Nothing special here. Models should be oriented with the hexagonal hole facing upwards or to put it differently, orient them the same way they should be oriented when mounted on the PC. That being said, they sould print well enough either way.
As for specific slicer settings, just make sure to bump those perimeters up to something reasonable like 5 and keep 15% infill. When it comes to infill pattern, probably anything will do the trick, as the part is mostly just compressed. Honeycomb would be great, but almost certainly overkill at the same time.
You will need 4 M4 nuts, that should be pushed into the hexagonal cutout all the way to the bottom. You can then screw the feet on the same way you would screw the factory ones. Factory screws will do the trick.
Thanks for checking out my work, share your prints and remixes and Happy Printing!
