When importing STL swap the print face around as the tether hole is thicker by 1mm.
I recommend printing with TPU, I used 95A eSun filament and it works quite well.
For extra strength set 5 perimeter and use concentric top and bottom fill pattern, I left the normal infill as rectilinear at 100%.
So far 9 months later TPU is still perfect with no sign of wear.
