PC4-M10 TPU air tight seal washer

An air tight seal washer to ensure air seal, compensates the pressure force of bowden coupler and coupler-nut, avoid damage or scratches on the box plastic.
The inner diameter of the washer is smaller than the outer diameter of the bowden coupler M10 thread to be screwed through with some resistance and grip.
The outer diameter of the washer meets the outer max diameter of the hex coupler-nut to ensure no contact with the box plastic. Intended to be printed in TPU.

Hint:
- inner washer should be enough for air seal
- outer washer is for plastic protection
- metric 11 hex plug nut (dont know the imperial one) to screw bowder coupler until reached grip of the coupler-nut thread
- do not screw too tight the bowden coupler (avoids washer bend)
- then adjust pressure from inner side (tighten the coupler-nut)
