Description
This is a simple model that I used to hold a lutron pico remote on a metal post in the garage. I couldn't find something else like this so I just threw something together in fusion. Worked pretty well on the first try.
I used 10 mm round magnets from amazon that were 2.8 mm thick. I superglued the magnets in place with just one drop on the back of the bridge and just press fit the magnets together. The remote just snaps in and stays with a friction fit.
I printed this in ABS but my guess is just about anything will work. Scaling might need to be adjusted +1/-% depending on material and tolerances.
I printed this in Doll Colored ABS because I'm lazy and hate changing filament. #functionalprint doesn't care about color.
