Mercedes Air Suspension Headlight Leveling Sensor Rod 11mm 10.5mm 10mm (3D Printable)

Before installation, remove any rust by sanding the ball joints with approximately P240 grit, and clean off any dust or debris. When assembling, apply a generous amount of thick grease to the joints to ensure smooth movement and long-lasting operation.

These headlight leveling sensor rods were printed on a resin 3D printer using Anycubic Tough Resin 2, and the parts can also be printed successfully with PC (polycarbonate) filament.
The download package includes a few different size variations to compensate for ball joints that may have become smaller due to rust or wear.
