Friction Cam for Virpil WarBRD Joystick Legacy

Specific cam for a Virpil WarBRD joystick that keeps the grip position when released instead of returning to its centre position.

Print:

• I uploaded all 3 versions. The new one is in remix.
• The slider is printed in TPU. The alternative diamond-shaped slider provides less friction, but prevents the sticky feeling, when it starts moving.

Assembly:

1. Remove both cams, the spacers and the extension spring. → Virpil's video on Youtube.
2. Set the spring apart for reassembly.
3. Assemble the 3D-printed parts and the spring.
4. Install the assembly inside the base in place of the cams.

Notes:

• You will need to raise the base by 3mm (2 washer) from the bottom plate.
• The rubber shroud of the base acts like a spring. I replaced it with a fabric shroud. 
• Detent marks can be added to the 3rd version with this device.
