Outside Table Button Holder

The tap for my hose reel is behind my gate. Instead of opening the gate to turn the hose on and off, I designed this to hold a button outside the gate to operate a Sonoff water valve through Home Assistant.

The button that I used is from Amazon and is supposed to be water resistant, but I think most similar buttons would be OK.

I put plenty of holes and some spacers to keep it as dry as possible and stuck the magnetic mounting plate of the button inside with the double sided tape included with the button.

There is room for a 1/4" bolt and a piece for it to bolt to, but I just fitted the bolt and the weight holds it nicely.

I printed it upside down in PETG with supports for the button hole.
