HSW connectors for drywall screws

Honeycomb storage … ceiling? I decided to use HSW to attach some new plant lights to my ceiling (to replace the ones you see in the photo … I'l update that once they're installed). This was a good opportunity to design an updated attachment insert to hold as strongly as possible to the drywall screws I use to hang the sections.

I prefer regular drywall screws over anchors because they leave smaller holes, and are capable of holding more than enough weight on their own.

The hex-shaped covers have just enough of a friction fit to stay in place, but can easily be pried out if you need to.

Print in the material of your choice at 0.2mm layer height. I use the "0.2 structural" setting in PrusaSlicer.
