Da die vorherige erste Version nach Benutzung und anschließender Fahrt mit dem Wohnwagen immer wieder herausfiel oder sich sehr leicht lösen ließ, habe ich mich dazu entschlossen das Teil so zu modifizieren, dass es nun in die Führungsrille der originalen Luftrichtungsklappe einrasten kann. Die Luftrichtung kann weiterhin verändert und in die gewünschte Richtung gedreht werden.In meinem Fall habe ich die originale Luftrichtungsklappe entfernt, jedoch ist das nicht zwingend erforderlich.

Dieses 3D‑Druckmodell ist ein praktischer Adapter für die Auslässe einer TRUMA Standheizung im Wohnmobil. Es wird einfach auf die vorhandenen Heizungsauslässe gesteckt und ermöglicht, die Richtung des Luftstroms flexibel einzustellen. So lässt sich die warme Luft gezielt in verschiedene Bereiche des Innenraums leiten – ideal für Schlafplätze, Sitzgruppe oder Fahrerhaus.

Da die Heizungsluft bei Volllast Temperaturen von über 90 °C erreichen kann, sollte ein hitzebeständiges Filament verwendet werden. Empfohlen wird ASA, da es:
Temperaturbeständigkeit bis ca. 95–100 °C bietet
UV‑stabil ist (wichtig bei Sonneneinstrahlung im Wohnmobil)
Gute mechanische Festigkeit und Maßhaltigkeit besitzt
Alternativ sind auch ABS oder Polycarbonat möglich, sofern die Druckumgebung dies zulässt.

Since the previous first version kept falling out after use and during subsequent drives with the caravan, or could be detached very easily, I decided to modify the part so that it can now snap into the guide rail of the original air‑direction flap. The airflow direction can still be adjusted and rotated to the desired position.
In my case, I removed the original air‑direction flap, but this is not strictly necessary.

This 3D‑printed model is a practical adapter for the outlets of a TRUMA parking heater in a motorhome. It simply attaches to the existing heater outlets and allows the airflow direction to be adjusted flexibly. This way, warm air can be directed into different areas of the interior – perfect for sleeping areas, seating groups, or the driver’s cabin.
