Chess Hercules DJ Knobs

Overview

I have designed and developed a unique set of Chess DJ Knobs, transforming a classic concept into a modern, functional accessory. Each knob is crafted with a focus on style, durability, and precision, ensuring not only a visually striking appearance but also a high-quality tactile experience.

I love chess and I love music and DJ's so I wanted to design something that I love.

Works with a standard DJ encoder.

There is an option to print all of them!

Printing 

• Nozzle size: 0.4mm

• Layer Height: 0.2mm

• Filament: PLA or PETG

• Supports: YES (minimal)

Assembly 

Very simple assembly

1st: Remove the knob using this knob remover, Put the remover under the knob and push the remover HORIZONTALLY

2nd: Align the hole and push down gently, Once it is on you did it good job!

I have no Hercules equipment so I have no way to test them but they most likely fit because looking at the measurements I made sure they were spot on accurate with mine.

Safety tips:

• IMPORTANT: BE GENTLE when removing and putting caps back on. 

• You may need to use a small plastic card or tool to lever them off and remove your original caps. A bit of lube may help the installation.

• Do not perform any lateral movement with the caps, Please.
