Nozzle Brush Holder for Voron

A simple holder for a silicon nozzle cleaning brush.

Tested on Voron 2.4 (350 mm), but it may fit other printers with 2020 extrusions.

Features:

• Securely holds the brush for nozzle cleaning/purging

• Compact and quick to print

Print Settings:

• Material: ABS or other heat‑resistant filament

• Layer height: 0.2 mm

• Infill: 40%+

• Supports: Not required — print on its side

Assembly Instructions:

1. Print the holder.

2. Glue the brush onto the top of the holder.

3. Mount the brush to the outside face of the 2020 bed extrusion using two M3x8 screws and two T‑nuts. The brush should sit along the back of the bed, positioned halfway between the extrusion and the side edge of the bed.

Notes:

• Brush not included — use standard Bambu nozzle brushes

• Default design height is 41.5 mm; other heights available on request
