Airsoft AAP-01 / G-Series hammer rollers (v1)

Refer to the images for the installation and modifying the bolt. Without bolt modification, the roller will constantly slam against the bolt wall, eventually deforming or breaking it.

Suggested materials: ASA, ABS, PLA+, TPU or anything with good impact resistance. Print with higher-than-normal temperatures to ensure maximum print line adhesion.

Not suggested: Raw PLA, PETG. They are very brittle and prone to crack or chip.

Suggested print configs:

• Wall count: 2

• Infill: 100% rectilinear or monotonic

  • Highly suggested to add more infill angles (4 at minimum). Orca slicer solid infill rotation template: 45,105,165

• Nozzle: 0.2

• Layer height: 0.08 or 0.1
