Description
Im quite the bargain hunter, and I found a really nice phone case at my local Amazon Returns retail store. Bought it since Mondays everything is $.50. Case was for an Iphone 17 Pro. I have a standard Iphone 15. In regular form it fit my phone fine and worked as it should, but the phone could slide up and down about a mm I thought. So last night I got the bright idea to print a filler piece. Found the dimensions for both phones and got to work in CAD. Now the phone fits perfectly in the case with no slack. Buttons all line up and work, (except for the silent switch which the 15 still has).
Part is easiest to put in the case first, then slide the top of the phone in and pop the bottom in. I printed mine with a .6 nozzle in PETG-CF just because thats what I already had in the printer and it only used 1.5g of filament. .2 layer height. printed on its side.
