Bambu Lab P2S TPU Plug for Poop Outlet

This plug enables Bambu Lab P2S chamber temperature to keep and rise quickly around 50-55 degree while printing engineering grade materials like ABS, ASA, Nylon etc. Besides, plug will reduce the odors of harmful filaments in your room significantly.

 -After i noticed the machine loses heat from poop outlet very much i designed a plug part to keep the temperature inside the chamber. I printed the plug with TPU 95A filament for flexibly fitting the outlet. Maybe you can try with other materials as well. Please comment your results for better improvements !

 -I designed the plug for Bambu Lab P2S. But i think it may fit to P1S or X1C due to similar case designs. Please try and comment to me to help people well !

 -I put the plug and adjusted temperatures as 300 degree hotend, 110 degree plate for 1 hour idle position of the machine and of course fans were in position of "heating". I could get 50 degree around half an hour and 55 degree after 1 hour completed without any additional isolation or external heater. With an external heater or isolation upgrade this durations will be much shorter. (I tried these temperatures while machine was idle; during printing, target temperatures will be reached much quicker due to step motor's extra heat)

 -So, i hope that plug may help you to reach desired temperatures much quicker and keep well.

 -Note for newbies ! : Don't put the plug while you are printing PLA, TPU or this kind of low temperature filaments. That may cause your nozzle to get clogged easily and ruining your prints. This plug is only for high temperature engineering filaments !!!!
