Description
BOM: Printed with ROSA3D Starter PLA Black
This is a simple yet effective tool for removing 3D prints from your build plate. It's designed to be a safer alternative to the sharp metal spatulas that often come with printers, which can easily scratch or damage print surfaces like PEI, glass, or BuildTak.
Why print this?
Surface Safe: The plastic edge is sharp enough to lift prints but softer than your build plate, reducing the risk of scratches.
Ergonomic Handle: Features a comfortable grip, often with a honeycomb pattern for added texture and reduced material use.
Durable: Can be printed in tougher materials like PETG or ABS for long-lasting use.
Printing Instructions:
Orientation: Print flat on its side for maximum strength and a sharp edge.
Supports: None required.
Material: PLA is okay, but PETG or ASA are recommended for better durability.
Infill: 100% or a high number of walls (4-5) is recommended for a rigid, durable edge.
