This upload contains several CAD models of electrical switch components compatible with Busch-Jaeger Reflex SI.
All parts were independently modeled based on real measurements of existing components.
They are not original Busch-Jaeger parts, but geometrically compatible replacements or references.

• 2-gang frame (Abdeckrahmen 2-fach)

• Socket insert reference (Steckdosen-Einsatz)

• Rocker / switch cover (Wippe)

Intended use

These files are primarily intended for:

• CAD reference and planning

• Prototyping

• Custom adaptations or integrations

3D Printing notes

• The models are not specifically optimized for FDM 3D printing

• Printing is possible using support structures

• Recommended orientation: standing / upright

• Fine details may require post-processing depending on printer and material

Please note: Most common FDM 3D printers process standard thermoplastics such as PLA, PETG or ABS, which are generally not certified or approved for use as electrical socket covers.

These materials typically do not meet the required fire resistance, heat resistance or regulatory standards for permanently installed electrical components.
