Before installation, remove any rust by sanding the ball joints with approximately P240 grit, and clean off any dust or debris.

When assembling, apply a generous amount of thick grease to the joints to ensure smooth movement and long-lasting operation.

These headlight leveling sensor rods were printed on a resin 3D printer using Anycubic Tough Resin 2,

and the parts can also be printed successfully with PC (polycarbonate) filament.
