CAR KNEE SUPPORTER FOR KIDS

This is knee / leg/feet support for kids in the car seats to make longer drives more comfortable. (And hopefully minimize kicks in the back of your seat)

It should be printed from PETG (i printed it in PETG CF)  or better for heat resistance. (NO PLA)

It uses standard 2020 extrusions. Horizontal is 380 mm. Vertical one can change depending on the car type/model. 300mm is good for GOLF/OCTAVIA size car. For SUV like KODIAQ/TIGUAN 350mm is needed. Best to buy longer extrusion and then cut it to fit. Or print some extensions,..

Fixing in place is done by Velcro strap or plastic- metal core  wire. I connected it to the ISO FIX port. (It should be small enough not to interfere with car seat connected to ISO fix ports).

Some screw are needed as stated in PDF.

Most parts should be printed 1X except for:

KS_FOOT      --->   2X or 1x left and 1x right.
KS_FOOT_PLATE_SUPP     -->   6x

Other then me using it and some other friend this has not been tested or rated for safety in car use in any other way. So use it at your own risk,...!!!
