Wio Tracker L1 Pro Holder with Belt Clip

This is belt holder for Wio Tracker L1 Pro. It has mount holes compatible with walkie-talkie belt clip for Baofeng UV-5R (costs about 1 USD). Clip allows holder to be attached to waist belt, backpack, pocket or something else. It has additional mount holes so other kinds of attachment can be made too.

Clip is mounted with M2.5x7 screws

As 2.5mm it is not common screw, there is also model variant for M3x8mm screws. You have to widen holes on clip by yourself.

To assemble, insert M2.5 or M3 hexagonal nut from inside into slot. Slot is tight so use soldering iron set to around 200 °C to insert nut. Then you can attach clip from outside.

Wio Tracker L1 slides easily into holder, and there is tiny latch to prevent it fall out. To remove device from holder lightly press top of device to front using thumb and us other fingers to push from the bottom to pop it out.

There is eye at right site that can be used to additionally secure device by lanyard if needed.

Notes:

Print using PETG oriented model bottom at the plate. There is no need for support. Use ironing on all top surfaces for stylish finish. I do not recommend using PLA as it is stiff and brittle and may break on holder use. Some flexibility is needed.
