Printing

• Supports: None

• Orientation: Print standing upright (like shown in the photos) for the best surface finish

• Layer height: 0.20 mm (0.16 looks even nicer)

• Walls/Perimeters: 3–4

• Infill: 25–100% (higher = heavier/stronger “tactical” feel)

• Material: PLA works, PETG/ASA recommended for outdoor/heat-resistant use

Assembly (quick)

1. Cut a length of paracord and make your zipper-pull loop.

2. Feed both strands through the bead.

3. Tie an overhand knot (or stopper knot) behind the bead and snug everything down.

Customization

• Want it tighter/looser? Scale uniformly a few percent to match your cord type (550 vs slimmer cord).

• Looks great as a multi-color set for different bags/keys.
