This is a spinning (rotating) paracord zipper pull bead designed for 550 cord setups. The outer sleeve has a grippy knurled texture and free-spins around the inner core, giving you a satisfying fidget feel while still being a clean, compact zipper pull for jackets, packs, and EDC gear.

Printing

• Supports: None

• Orientation: Print upright (standing) for the best texture

• Layer height: 0.20 mm (0.16 mm if you want it extra crisp)

• Walls/Perimeters: 3–4

• Infill: 25–60% (or 100% for max “solid” feel)

• Material: PLA works; PETG/ASA recommended for tougher outdoor use

To free the spin (after printing)

If it’s tight out of the printer, just twist the outer sleeve gently back and forth until it breaks free and spins smoothly.

Assembly

Thread your zipper-pull loop (550 cord) through the center, tie your stopper knot, and you’re done.
