Unofficial U.S. Navy–Inspired Multicolor Ornament (3D Print)
This is an unofficial, fan-made U.S. Navy–inspired ornament, designed specifically for multicolor FDM 3D printing. The model is optimized for clean color separation, solid layer adhesion, and reliable prints on common consumer printers.
It’s intended as a respectful tribute for veterans, active-duty sailors, military families, or anyone with a connection to naval service. Suitable for holiday use or year-round display.

Clean, readable details at standard layer heights
Lightweight and easy to hang
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Infill: 10–15% (gyroid works well)
Walls: 3 perimeters recommended (only one wall for first and final layer)
Top/ Bottom Infill: monotonic line suggested, but Hilbert Curve is also cool
Material: PLA or PLA+
Print orientation: Flat on build plate
Color changes: Pre-segmented by layer for simple swaps
