Luft Absperrschieber für 100mm

English:

An air shut-off valve for 100 mm pipes that I designed for my small hobby workshop. The valve is attached directly to an element (in my case a T-piece). The hose can be attached to the other end.

The sliding element and the main piece can be fitted with 10x2 mm magnets to fix the valve in the respective position. However, in my experience, this is not necessary, as the valve already holds well.

For the main element, two parts must be screwed together. The holes are designed for M2 screws. Gluing may also work, but I have not tested this.

One element must be printed with support. I printed the main elements from PETG, the support interface from PLA, and the seal from TPU.

Ein Luft Absperrschieber für 100mm Rohre welches ich für meine kleine Hobbywerkstatt designt habe. Der Schieber wird direkt auf ein Element (in meinem Fall ein T-Stück) aufgesteckt. Am anderen Ende kann der Schlauch befestigt werden.

Der Schiebeelement und das Hauptstück können mit 10x2mm Magneten bestückt werden um den Schieber in der jeweiligen Position zu fixieren. Ist aber meiner Erfahrung nach nicht Muss, da der Schieber auch so schon gut hält.

Für das Hauptelement müssen jeweils zwei Teile zusammengeschraubt werden. Die Löcher sind für M2 Schrauben ausgelegt. Eventuell funktioniert auch kleben, hab ich aber nicht getestet.

1 Element muss mit Support gedruckt werden. Ich habe die Hauptelemente aus PETG gedruckt, das Support Interface mit PLA. Die Dichtung mit TPU.
