Stair Tread / Riser Gauge

Fully printable tool for measuring an exact template of a stair tread or riser, that you can then transfer to a workpiece to be cut out.

Key features:

• Fully modular - print as many rails, bolts, knobs, etc. as you need for your situation

• Both tread and riser templates have adjustable depth stops for separately measuring the left/right sides of a tread/riser 

• Tread templates have a taller depth stop for getting the front edge of an existing tread

• A single bolt design is used for everything, printed sideways for increased strength

• Most of the model is parameterized, so if you need shorter rails for example, that's adjustable in the f3d

I recommend printing the bolts and knobs in PETG, at the very least the bolts should be. The rest of the parts can be anything, I used PLA.

Print settings:

• Knob: 5 perimeters

• Bolt: 5 perimeters, 100% infill

• Everything else: default settings, the 3mf has adaptive cubic infill set for everything
