Coachmen RV cupholder replacement

This model is an extra deep cupholder for the 2003 Coachmen Cross Country RV, as well as probably many other RV models. The pictures include examples of the stock cup holders(with the rubber tabs) that are replaceable. I included a picture to show the printed file in the hole in the RV where the stock holders were. I even re-used the stock screws so no outside hardware is needed. 

The stock cup holder with the rubber flaps could hold a single old style ceramic cup of coffee really well, but they only hold the bottom 1/4in of a fast food paper cup, so the fast food cups tip and spill. 

This model holds the bottom 3/4ths of even really large cups, including Stanley style vacuum insulated cups, and holds them tight so they don't spill. I also included the freecad model file in case you want to remix it, with images properly dimensioned so you can start from scratch if you want, and happen to have the same cupholders, but a different vision for the end result. 

I printed these with generic black PLA on 20% infill.
