Riddell SpeedFlex Football Helmet | Authentic NFL-Style | 3D Print Model

This product contains the 3D model in OBJ file format only. The OBJ file contains the high-detail geometry mesh. It does not include embedded colors, textures, or materials (MTL), providing a versatile base for custom finishing, painting in your team's colors, or import into other 3D software.

3D printing settings

• Primary Use: Display/Collectible, Cosplay, Fan Memorabilia. IMPORTANT: This is a prop replica only. It is NOT certified for athletic or protective use.
• Print Orientation: Print the main helmet shell upside down (top on the build plate). Print the facemask and jaw pads as separate pieces, oriented to minimize supports on visible surfaces.
• Supports: Required for the facemask bars, the undersides of the flex cheek pads, and the interior overhangs. Tree supports are recommended for complex geometries.
• Layer Height: 0.16mm - 0.2mm recommended for optimal detail on vents and logos.
• Infill: 20% for display; 25-30% for increased durability if handling frequently.
• Post-Processing: Sand thoroughly, especially the curved dome. Apply filler primer for a smooth finish. Paint with gloss or matte team colors. Use waterslide decals for authentic team logos. Add interior foam padding for comfortable wear.
