Description
M20x1.5 threaded blind stuffing to close unused M20-openings.
Unused PG11-openings or PG13.5-openings in housings are also possible to close with this blind-stuffing set, but it is necessary to widen the opening in some cases (see details below).

Diameters for M20x1.5 opening:
a) threaded hole: 18.5mm / M20x1.5 thread
b) drill hole without thread: 20.0mm / no thread
Diameters for PG13.5 opening:
a) threaded hole: 19.1mm / PG thread -> Requires widening to 20.0 mm diameter.

Diameters for PG16 opening:

Serial printing (part by part) for better thread quality.
Assembly
Threaded opening:
Screw the blind stuffing into the M20x1.5 opening.
Optionally place sealing on stuffing before assembly.
Unthreaded opening:
Place blind stuffing in PG11/PG13.5/M20 opening and secure with M20x1.5 nut.
If necessary, widen the opening to >=20.0mm before assembly.
Optionally place sealing on stuffing before assembly.
Use a 1€ coin for turning of the blind stuffing.
Hint:
Apply some silicone grease on the thread, so it can be easily be assembled and disassembled.
(Without grease, the thread tends to wind on and off somewhat “sticky”.)
