M18 USB-C Power Adapter. Includes STEP!

Does what is says. You will need:

• M3x12-14mm cap head screws x4

• M2x6-8mm cap head screws x4

• 20x5x2mm magnets x4

• Epoxy/adhesive for magnets, appropriate to the plastic you use.

• 6 inches or so of wire.

• Ability to solder wire.

• 6.3mm terminal x2, such as this pack: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MQ332R6

• OPTIONAL: 6 inch silicon USB-C cable to be stored in device. Silicone for flexibility.

You can print the USB hole cover in the same plastic as the rest or TPU, your choice.

Cut the top section of the terminal spades off that usually crimp around the wire insulation, solder and/or crimp wire to the remaining section.

Use multi meter to double check the polarity!!!!!! After you are sure, solder wires onto board.

I uploaded all the parts as they should be printed as a single stl. Feel free to break them up in the slicer into individual bodies if needed. Single color print, the color on the screenshot is just appearance, not a separate part for 2 colors. Graphics are debossed.

The optional USB cable just coils around the board under the cover, super simple. That makes sure you always have a cable with the charger!
