WolfBox AirDuster Long Nozzles

I frequently use air dusters to clean drum filters remove dust from inside PC or many other cleaning tasks in narrow corners. I liked the compact design of the WolfBox models (especially the MF50 is very handy and lightweight), but although they come with a selection of nozzles, there is no long nozzle to reach inside narrow spaces. And sometimes you need the exit on the side for proper cleaning (e.g. drum filters, see pictures).

Therefore I created long nozzle versions as straight nozzle or with the blowing hole on the side. The side exit is not exactly 90°, but only 80° allow smooth air flow (sharper angles create back pressure on the air stream. Although nozzles can be exchanged quickly, you can also combine the two and and add a cap to divert the air stream to the side.

And inspired by the plenty of "turbo flow funnels" here and on Thingiverse, I also added a version with a spiral guide inside to give the air stream a swirl to have a light "rotating brush" of air. This is currently available for the MF50 only as the MF200 seems to be strong enough without swirl.

And as a little goodie, I added a foot for the MF50, which doesn't stand well, especially with the long nozzle. The MF200 is heavy enough and doesn't need that

Update 2026-01-24: As requested I've added a test stub and nozzles for the MF100. I don't have an MF100, so I couldn't measure and test it myself. It's based on measurements and photos I received via comment. Feedback is positive, nozzle seems to fit. So if you have an MF100, give it a try. If uncertain you can first print the test stub (inset ring with lock bars only). I added some extra handles there on the inside to help you get it out again in case it is too tight.

Update2026-03-09: Minor update to the MF100 and MF200 models. As the lock bars at the bottom tend to pull the layers apart, I decided to increase the surface for bonding the layers by increasing the bottom wall width by 0.4mm, i.e. one standard line width.

Printing instructions:
When printing upright (as published) only minimal support is required around the connection ring. I highly recommend to block support at the little locking bars as they easily interfere with the brim around the support. For the curved end you shouldn't need support as well, so feel free to block it there (as I did). And for extra smooth curves, adaptive layer height (Cura slicer) / variable layer height (Prusa, Bambu slicer) can be beneficial.
