Allgemeines

Für die meisten Lampen sind 3 Dateien hinterlegt um unterschiedliche Lampenpositionen zu realisieren.
Falls bei einem Modell eine Version fehlen sollte, ist dieses konstruktiv nicht umsetzbar. 

• xxx_90 degree_single_head up -> Lampenkopf zeigt nach oben und die Halterung befindet sich im 90Grad Winkel; wie die SD05 auf den Bildern

• xxx_90 degree_single_tail up -> Lampenkopf zeigt nach unten und die Halterung befindet sich im 90Grad Winkel; wie die IF30 auf den Bildern

• xxx_10 degree_single_head up -> Lampenkopf zeigt nach oben und die Halterung befindet sich in einem 10Grad Winkel; wie die SK40 auf den Bildern

Damit sich die Halterung nicht verdrehen können, befinden sich für die Befestigung 2 Bohrungen mit einem Durchmesser 4,5mm und entsprechender Senkung mit einem Durchmesser von 12mm.

Druckeinstellungen

• Schichthöhe: 0,20mm

• Füllung: 15-20% Gyroid, adaptiv kubisch, Bienenwabe

• Vertikale Perimeter / Wandlinien: 3-4

• Decken- & Boden Schichten: 3-4

• Stützen notwendig: nein

Druckmaterial

• bisher nur aus PLA+ gedruckt

• auf den Bilder: Geetech Silk PLA Silver

Anmerkung

Bei manchen Halterungen sind die Durchmessertoleranzen sehr knapp bemessen. Daher ist dringend empfohlen das Filament vorher auf korrekten Flow und eventuell Pressure Advance zu kalibrieren.

General

For most lights, three files are provided to allow different mounting positions.
If a version is missing for a particular model, it is not possible to implement it due to design constraints.

• xxx_90 degree_single_head up → the lamp head points upward and the mount is positioned at a 90-degree angle; like the SD05 on the pictures

• xxx_90 degree_single_tail up → the lamp head points downward and the mount is positioned at a 90-degree angle; like the IF30 on the pictures

• xxx_10 degree_single_head up → the lamp head points upward and the mount is positioned at a 10-degree angle; like the SK40 on the pictures

To prevent the mount from rotating, there are two mounting holes with a diameter of 4.5 mm, along with matching countersinks with a diameter of 12 mm.

• Layer height: 0.20mm

• Infill: 15-20% Gyroid, adaptiv cubic, honeycomb

• Vertical perimeter: 3-4

• Top- and bottom layer: 3-4

• Supports needed: no

• since only printed out of PLA+

Annotation

For some mounts, the diameter tolerances are very tight. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to calibrate the filament beforehand for correct flow and, if necessary, pressure advance.
