Open Frame Mount for Raspberry Pi Zero with Passive Heatsink

Compact support designed for both Raspberry Pi Zero and Zero 2 W, with a focus on passive cooling efficiency and clean installation.

The stand is designed to accommodate the passive cooling heatsink, allowing the board to be mounted without additional fastening hardware. The Raspberry Pi is secured using the M2.5 nuts and screws included in the heatsink kit.

The recommended installation is vertical, as shown in the cover photo. This orientation allows the heatsink fins to operate efficiently by exploiting natural convection, improving heat dissipation as warm air rises.
The elevated “stilt” design also enables upward airflow beneath the PCB, contributing to thermal dissipation on the underside of the board as well.

The support can be fixed to a surface using two countersunk M3 screws. 
All Raspberry Pi ports remain fully accessible once mounted.

Two version are provided: standard (shown in photos) and slim.
