Gaggia Classic Ulka Pump Holder/Mount

There are other solutions to silence your pump such as this. However this holder is way easier to mount and way cheaper and faster to build. This simple vent-mounted holder keeps your pump suspended without it touching any part of the machine, this reducing the noise and vibrations.

I provide several options:

• Straight tube mounted

• Straight pump stem mounted 

• Angled pump stem mounted

Straight tube mounted

Ideal for Gaggia Classic with metal tibe fitting. Will work for Gaggia Classic Pro as well, but the plastic fitting of Pro is known to be fragile, so be cautious.

Straight pump stem mounted

Ideal for any Gaggia Classic, including PRO, EVO etc. uses slightly more material, when mounting first clip on the C-lock on the wrench slot on the pump stem, then clip on the holder. Use of two binders is optional here.

Angled pump stem mounted

Specifically designed to make space for vent-mounted SSR in Gaggiuino builds, mounting identical to Straight stem mounted option.

Installation instructions:

The coffee machine has fairly rough edges on the vent holes, so mounting the holder requires some wiggling. Applying gentle pressure to the holder, and widening the lips by other hand from the outside is the way to go.

Printing instructions: PETG or some more temperature resistant fillament, no infill, layer height up to your choice.

Note: Some Gaggiuino users reported this holder is a great addition to silicone/foam dampening to keep the pump upright.
