Revopoint MetroY Pro Lens Protector from TPU

My goal with this project was creating a wider lens protector for the MetroY Pro so it can be placed more securely with the lenses laying down. To achieve this I used Quicksurface Pro (Pro version needed for the CAD part of the process).

The final lens protector is printed from TPU (rubber) filament and is fixed to the scanner with double sided tape commonly used in smartphone repair. If you want to reprint the parts I advise you to print at least four of them so the filament has time to cool and the layer time stays acceptable. I used my Bambulab A1 mini with a 0,4 nozzle and 0.2mm layer height.
