Description
This model is a calibration test designed to evaluate and fine-tune speed and resonance behavior on the X and Y axes of FDM 3D printers.
By printing this test at different speeds and acceleration values, it is possible to visually identify ringing, ghosting, and other vibration-related artifacts. The results can be used to optimize motion settings, input shaping, or general printer tuning for improved surface quality and dimensional accuracy.
The model is intended for PLA and standard calibration conditions, and it can be sliced with default settings. For best results, it is recommended to disable adaptive features and keep parameters consistent between test prints.
This test is suitable for both stock and modified printers and can be reused multiple times while adjusting speed, acceleration, or firmware parameters.
