Description

Hi everyone,

These files contain two velocity stack designs made specifically for the Kawasaki ZX-6R (636). The goal of this setup is to maximize high-end power while maintaining strong midrange performance.

🔧 About the Stacks

There are two sizes included:

Long Stack – approx. 1.5 inches tall

Short Stack – approx. 0.5 inches tall

These stacks are drop-in replacements that require no cutting or additional hardware. They install directly into the airbox and attach to the throttle bodies using the OEM clamps.

The design is inspired by other proven configurations that reportedly produce around 130 HP, and is aimed at providing a similar performance boost.

âš™ Recommended Setup

You can run:

4 Long

4 Short

Mixed (recommended):
→ 2 Short stacks on the outer cylinders, and
→ 2 Long stacks in the center
This combo helps balance peak power with a strong midrange.

🖨 Printing & Finishing Instructions

To ensure safety, fitment, and maximum performance, follow these steps:

Printing Tips:

Use branch supports – the base of the stack is fragile and needs support during printing.

Print with carbon fiber-infused filament for strength, heat resistance, and durability.

Post-Processing:

Carefully clean all debris and excess filament to prevent any loose material from being sucked into the engine.

Lightly spray with acetone to improve flexibility and help the stack seat better onto the throttle body (use proper ventilation and safety precautions).

Sand and paint the stacks to achieve a smooth internal surface for optimal airflow.

Installation Notes:

Use the included spacer to help clamp the stack securely into the airbox.

Attach with the factory throttle body clamps—no cutting or modifications required.

If you have any questions, issues, or suggestions, feel free to reach out to me at [email protected]
.

Thanks, and enjoy the performance boost!
— Logan
