M63x1.5 Blind Stuffing + Nut and TPU-Sealing / M63x1.5 Blindstopfen + Mutter und TPU-Dichtung

M63x1.5 threaded blind stuffing to close unused M63-openings.
Unused PG48-openings in housings are also possible to close with this blind-stuffing set,
but the opening must be widened to >63mm for the blindstuffing to fit.

  Diameters for M63x1.5 opening:
  a) threaded hole:                    60.5mm / M63x1.5 thread
  b) drill hole without thread:  63.0mm / no thread
  Diameters for PG48 opening:
  a) threaded hole:                   57.8mm / PG thread 
  b) drill hole without thread:  >59.3mm / no thread

Serial printing (part by part) for better thread quality.

Assembly
Threaded opening:
Screw the blind stuffing into the M63x1.5 opening.
Optionally place sealing on stuffing before assembly.
Unthreaded opening:
Place blind stuffing in M63/PG48 opening and secure with M63x1.5 nut.
If necessary, widen the opening to >=63.0mm before assembly.
Optionally place sealing on stuffing before assembly.
Use a 1€ coin for turning of the blind stuffing.

Hint: 
Apply some silicone grease on the thread, so it can be easily be assembled and disassembled.
(Without grease, the thread tends to wind on and off somewhat “sticky”.)
