Description

Hi,

This is a model of a stand/pedestal for a 5‑liter water reservoir. It consists of a base and three feet connected by dovetails. Included are three types of bases and two types of feet (70 mm and 90 mm height).

Base types:

  1. A variant for a glass with a more square-shaped base and a large corner radius. The main diameter is around 144 mm, and the base diameter is 110 mm. There is a rather large fillet at the bottom.

  1. A variant with a main diameter of 145 mm and a base diameter of 135 mm. There is a chamfer at the bottom. The water reservoir (with the yellow outlet and cap) is available at TEDI in Germany.

  1. A flat variant with a diameter of 167 mm — probably the most useful for you.

For other sizes, simply scale the base and feet by a factor of your choice.

My print settings:

  • Nozzle: 0.4 mm

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm

  • Walls: 4

  • Infill: 10% gyroid

  • Material: PLA

  • Supports: Yes, below dovetail (see pictures)

Gluing the parts together is not necessary. I’ve included a dummy for testing the scaling factor if you want a tighter connection.

Happy printing!
