45 degrees angled vesa mount for 40mm aluminum profile

I have designed a very stable, non-flex 45 degrees angled VESA 75 Mount for my sim racing button box. 

• VESA 75 modell options: M3, M4, M5 and M6

• Aluminium profile mounts: max. M6

Print settings

You can use the print profile (3mf) with pre-configured settings. I have included models with M3, M4, M5 and M6 VESA holes.

Recommended settings

• Material: ABS, ASA or PETG for maximum stiffness and stability

• Default 0.20mm profile

• Wall loops: 4

• Top shell layers: 5

• Bottom shell layers: 4

• Sparse infill density: 20%

• Sparse infill pattern: Grid

• Support: Disabled
