ELM 327 Holder And Remover

Designed this after getting my reader stuck in my 06 impreza because they thought it would be a good idea to make it such a tight space.
I made the remover first so I could push it then pull the scanner back.
I then made the holder so its a little more sturdy compared to removers which are supposed to be a little flexible.

So far tried with 2 different cars and both connected well with the holder on.

I suggest printing the holder since its a bit sturdier but if you got your scanner already plugged in and can't get a grip then you should print the remover as they should be able to flex.

I recommend printing with PETG for it to have some flex so it can then snap and grab the scanner.
I haven't tested with any other obd device.
