Screw Top Battery Case

AA & AAA battery cases with screw down lids. The lids feature labels for the battery size. Versions available to hold eight or sixteen batteries.

Design

A parametric OpenSCAD design based on optimal packing of circles inside another circle. The amazing BOSL2 library provides the threading, texturing of the lid and other features.

Printing

Any material. Supports are not needed. Tolerances in the 3MF files and the defaults for the OpenSCAD file were tested on a Mk 3S with 0.4 and 0.6mm nozzles as well as a Core One L with 0.4mm nozzle.
