T48 Adapter Organizer Box

This is a compact organizer box designed specifically for T48 universal programmer adapters and accessories.
I created it in Fusion 360 to keep all my commonly used adapters neatly stored, protected, and easy to access.

What it holds

The organizer is designed to securely fit:

• 4× SOP adapters

• 4× PLCC adapters

• 1× 1.8 V adapter

• 1× clip

• Multiple loose PCBs / small adapter boards

Everything has its own place, making it much easier to keep the T48 setup organized instead of dealing with loose adapters on the bench.

Shelf design (important note)

The shelves include small integrated handles to help with removal.
At the moment, these handles are not very functional, and users with larger hands may need to remove one adapter first to comfortably lift a shelf out.

In practice, this hasn’t been an issue for me: the shelves don’t need to be removed often, and for the amount of use they get, the current design works well.

Print details

• Material: PLA

• Infill: 3%

• Infill pattern: Gyroid

• Print time: ~2 hours total

Despite the low infill, the box feels firm and sturdy, and the gyroid pattern provides excellent strength while keeping print time and material usage low. The model prints cleanly and easily without any special settings.
